The Ministry of the Interior (Segob) , through the National Security Commission and the Decentralized Administrative Body for Prevention and Social Readaptation, reported that this Sunday around 4:00 pm, he died at the Adolfo López Mateos Hospital in Toluca, State of Mexico, after suffering a cardiac arrest , the intern Hector Manuel Beltrán Leyva, known by the alias “El H”.
The inmate, with file number 3889-AJ-16, was held in the Federal Criminal Number 1, Altiplano, from March 2, 2016, where he was facing a federal process for various crimes.
After his death, the corresponding authorities were immediately informed so that the necropsy of the law was carried out and their relatives were notified, so that they could carry out the corresponding procedures for the delivery of the body and make them known, in an official manner, the results of his death, “the agency said.
The facts were recorded at approximately 3:07 pm, when the security officer of the prison reported that Beltran Leyva had severe pain in the left side of the chest , so immediately doctors from the federal center gave him first aid in accordance with the protocols.
When noticing that he was not recovering, the prison authorities decided to transfer him, with all the security measures of attention to inmates, to the referred hospital where, after being attended in the emergency area, the doctors reported his death.
